Billing & Subscription FAQ

No. Points are issued monthly and are only valid within the current month. They will automatically expire at the end of the cycle and cannot be carried over to the next month.

No. You can only use the points issued for the current month. If you need extra points, you can purchase an Add-on Pack.

You can purchase an Add-on Pack at any time to top up your points for the current month.
If you consistently need more points, we recommend upgrading to a higher-tier plan before the next subscription cycle starts.

No. Add-on Packs can only be purchased if you already have an active plan, and their validity matches your current subscription period.

No. Add-on Packs are non-refundable once purchased. Any unused points will expire at the end of the subscription period.

The new plan will automatically take effect the day after your current subscription period ends.

No. If there is already a new plan waiting to take effect, you must cancel it first before making another change.

Yes. You can change your plan to switch payment from monthly to yearly (or vice versa). Annual subscriptions enjoy a 20% discount.

Yes. You can turn off auto-renewal in your account at any time. Any paid subscription will remain active until the end of the current cycle.

Yes, but only for large clients who have completed business negotiations and signed an enterprise cooperation agreement.
Postpaid clients will receive access according to the agreed rates and quotas, with billing settled on a fixed date.
