No, it will remain valid, but its validity period may be adjusted:
- Plan upgrade: The add-on package validity will be extended to the end of the new plan’s first billing cycle.
- Plan change: The add-on package validity remains unchanged and will expire at the end of the current subscription cycle.
- Plan change: Takes effect after the current subscription cycle ends. Suitable for planning changes for the next cycle or adjusting payment methods.
- Plan upgrade: Takes effect immediately. Your current plan will be terminated and replaced with the new one.
👉 Simple explanation: - Want to switch next cycle → Choose “Change”
- Want to switch immediately → Choose “Upgrade”
An upgrade essentially means “ending the current plan early + purchasing a new plan.”
The system converts the unused portion of your current plan into a monetary value, which is then used to offset the cost of the new plan. You only need to pay the difference.
Details:
- Monthly plan: The unused credits for the current month are converted into a deduction.
- Annual plan:

- Remaining months: Based on the number of full unused months (partial months are not counted)
👉 Simple explanation:
