Basic Plan Rules

This document explains our subscription and billing system, including Basic Plans, Add-on Credit Packs, and Plan Changes, which apply to both Scrape API and AMZ Data Tracker.
No matter which plan or payment method you choose, the usage rules remain the same.

Plan Pricing

Add-on Credit Pack: $35 / serving (each serving includes 20,000 Credits) All paid plans support both products: Scrape API, AMZ Data Tracker

Credit Consumption by Product

• Scrape API

• AMZ Data Tracker: 1.5 credits per page

Payment Methods

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly with automatic renewal. You can cancel renewal at any time in your account.
• Annual Subscription: One-time payment for 12 months with a 20% discount.

Credit Allocation & Validity

• Monthly Allocation: Credits are issued on a monthly basis, regardless of monthly or annual billing.
• Billing Cycle Month: A billing cycle starts on the date of your first payment and ends on the same date of the following month.
  Example: Subscription on Oct 15 → Cycle runs from 10/15 to 11/14, next cycle starts on 11/15.
• Validity Rules:
  1. Monthly credits are valid only within the current billing cycle.
  2. Unused credits will expire automatically at the end of the cycle and cannot be carried over or overdrawn.

Subscription Notice

• You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your account settings.
• Subscription prices may change, but billing rules remain the same.
• All charges (if applicable) are based on the discounted price.

Special Case: Postpaid Billing

• Pricing and credit limits will be confirmed offline before activation.
• Access will be granted based on the agreed quota, and invoices and usage logs will be generated on a fixed billing date.
• Fees are settled on a monthly basis.
