Basic Plan Rules
This document explains our subscription and billing system, including Basic Plans, Add-on Credit Packs, and Plan Changes, which apply to both Scrape API and AMZ Data Tracker.
No matter which plan or payment method you choose, the usage rules remain the same.

- AMZ Data Tracker: 1.5 credits per page
Payment Methods
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly with automatic renewal. You can cancel renewal at any time in your account.
- Annual Subscription: One-time payment for 12 months with a 20% discount.
Credit Allocation & Validity
- Monthly Allocation: Credits are issued on a monthly basis, regardless of monthly or annual billing.
- Billing Cycle Month: A billing cycle starts on the date of your first payment and ends on the same date of the following month.
Example: Subscription on Oct 15 → Cycle runs from 10/15 to 11/14, next cycle starts on 11/15. - Validity Rules:
- Monthly credits are valid only within the current billing cycle.
- Unused credits will expire automatically at the end of the cycle and cannot be carried over or overdrawn.
Special Case: Postpaid Billing
- Pricing and credit limits will be confirmed offline before activation.
- Access will be granted based on the agreed quota, and invoices and usage logs will be generated on a fixed billing date.
- Fees are settled on a monthly basis.
For enterprise customers, we offer a postpaid billing option. This mode is only available to customers who have completed prior business confirmation.
