Common symptoms: 401 usually means missing or stale API Key; 0 posts after collection usually means the brand, keywords, or platforms did not match enough public content; long pending status usually means queueing or slow upstream platform response.

https://voc.pangolinfo.com/mcpor the full URL withapi_key. - Ask one clear question per turn when possible.
- Do not enable multiple Pangolinfo servers pointing to the same URL at the same time.
- If ChatWise reports tool-count or advanced-capability limits, that is a client-side limitation, not a Pangolinfo service error.
