Input Principles

| Prefer official English names | Use the official English brand or product name when available to reduce mismatches |
| Keywords must be English | CJK keywords may be dropped by upstream search logic; translate Chinese topics into English first |
| Reuse before creating | If a relevant knowledge space already exists, refresh it instead of creating a duplicate |
| Choose page count by question | More pages increase coverage, collection time, and point cost |
| Confirm before creating | Before creating a knowledge space or starting collection, confirm industry, platforms, keywords, pages, estimated points, and estimated time |
Supported Platforms
VOC Insight MCP covers only supported public social and review platforms outside mainland China1.

Amazon Reviews is handled through the full brand onboarding flow and requires ASINs or Amazon product URLs.
Unsupported Platforms
China-based social media platforms are not supported. Xiaohongshu, Weibo, LinkedIn, and any platform not listed above are outside the supported scope.
