Default Knowledge Space Workflow

  1. Ask the user for a brand, product, or monitoring topic.
  2. Generate a collection plan with industries, English keywords, platforms, page count, estimated points, and estimated time.
  3. Ask the user to confirm the industry, platforms, page count, and estimated cost.
  4. Create the knowledge space and start the first collection.
  5. Poll collection progress until completed or partial.
  6. Read metrics, posts, sentiment, competitors, or run AI deep analysis.

Customer Quick Start

Step 1 · Describe the subject clearly

Tell the AI a brand, product line, specific product, or topic. The more specific the request, the better.

I want to see positive and negative social feedback about Anker Prime Charger.

If the brand has an official English name, use it. Chinese topics can be explained to the AI, but collection keywords should usually be translated into English.

Step 2 · Add business context

The AI will suggest an industry, keywords, platforms, page count, and estimated cost. Confirm whether the brand, category, keywords, platforms, and cost fit the business question. You can also add competitors or focus areas such as price, quality, support, features, packaging, or logistics.

Step 3 · Confirm keywords, platforms, and pages

Confirm the industry, English keywords, platform list, page count, and estimated points before collection starts. CJK keywords may be dropped or rejected by upstream search logic.

Step 4 · Start collection

After confirmation, the system creates a knowledge space and starts collection. Collection time depends on platform count, keyword count, page count, and platform response speed.

Step 5 · Read the report

After collection completes, review overall brand performance, positive and negative feedback, competitor comparison, platform differences, risk alerts, and source posts. A good reading order is:

AI market insight
  -> User voice
  -> Platform analysis
  -> Competitor comparison
  -> Data center

Reuse First

Before creating a new knowledge space, check whether the user already has a relevant brand or space. If one exists, refresh it instead of creating duplicates.

Async Collection and Polling

After creating a knowledge space or refreshing data, the system returns a collection job ID. Collection is asynchronous. Do not repeatedly submit the same request while a job is running. Poll progress until the status becomes completed, partial, or failed, then read metrics and posts.

Common Workflows

GoalRecommended Flow
New brand VOC reportPrepare knowledge space → confirm keywords/platforms/pages → create and collect → read metrics and posts → generate AI deep analysis
Refresh an existing brandList brands → diagnose freshness → start refresh → poll progress → read the latest report
Negative feedback investigationConfirm data readiness → review sentiment distribution → search negative posts → summarize issue themes and evidence links
Competitor comparisonPrepare brand and competitors → complete collection → read voice share and sentiment differences → generate comparison conclusions
Platform risk monitoringReview platform distribution → read risk alerts → drill into raw posts → produce response recommendations

AI Deep Analysis

AI deep analysis is generated after collection is complete. It does not participate in the collection process itself.
